GMG Automation LTD and GMG Automation Italy SRL Unipersonale also make no representations as to your ability or right to download or otherwise obtain software or firmware for the product from Original Manufacturer, its distributors, or any other source. Customer acknowledges and agrees that GMG Automation LTD and GMG Automation Italy SRL Unipersonale DO NOT provide any software, firmware, operating system or right-to-use licenses with the products it sells. Customers understand and agree that proper software (firmware) licensing, maintenance and upgrades are subject to applicable manufacturer’s Licensing Agreement or similar document.
New OEM: The product comes directly from an official dealer / OEM. The item is supplied in its original sealed box and is covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty terms. New – New Surplus – New in GMG Box: New, unused, surplus product that may come in opened or GMG Box. The article is covered by a 12-month guarantee from GMG Automation. Reconditioned/Refurbished: Product professionally disassembled by a plant, which is reconditioned, tested and comes in GMG Box. The article is covered by a 12-month guarantee from GMG Automation. Service-Exchange: Remanufactured product which is supplied at a reduced price in exchange for the customer’s faulty item (provided it is repairable). The article is covered by a 12-month guarantee from GMG Automation. Repair: Repair service of one or more faulty products. The repair carried out is covered by a 12-month guarantee from GMG Automation.
We offer a 12-Month warranty policy on items deemed faulty, whether it’s new, refurbished, repaired or sold as a service-exchange.
When a problem occurs, we always try to resolve it remotely before sending a replacement (if available), to allow our customers to find a solution immediately and thus save precious time. If your item does not work on arrival, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. After arranging the collection, we will try to repair the unit at our repair centers or through our business partners. If the repair is not possible or if it takes too long, we will replace the unit absolutely free of charge. In the event that it is not possible to send a replacement, we will refund the amount originally paid, including any transport costs. GMG Automation will not be liable, regardless of any declaration, condition or other term, or any obligation under the terms expressed in the Customer’s order confirmation, for any loss of profit or for indirect damage, related or consequential costs and expenses. arising from or in connection with the provision of our items or services. GMG Automation will not be liable towards the Customer or in violation of any terms and conditions caused by delays in the execution or failure to perform any of our obligations as a supplier, if the delay or non-fulfillment is due to any cause beyond beyond the reasonable control of GMG Automation.
If after issuing the payment or Purchase Order (PO) you changed your mind about the item you ordered and would like to cancel, you have 7 days from the receipt of your purchase order where we will apply a 35% restocking fee plus transportation costs. Later than 7 days we will charge you in full for the part(s) received.
Unfortunately in this case you won’t be able to qualify for any kind of return. We can only suggest to service-exchange or repair the faulty part at an extra cost.
We require to get in touch with GMG Automation first before you decide to purchase any item to see if we can solve the matter first. If no claim has been made, you cannot cancel or get a refund for these parts.
We understand your needs and can check if the conditions for supplying you with a spare part are met before returning the potentially non-functional unit. However, if after testing the item is found to be fully functional, there will be a charge equal to covering the expenses for fault detection analysis, shipping and various logistics costs. The article will therefore be returned to you together with the request for payment of the above expenses. The warranty is void if the seals are removed and / or altered and / or the item is tampered with.
All our items are fully insured and any problem of this nature will be addressed as soon as possible however, refunds are responsibility of the courier and in this instance our response times and decisions are dictated by the courier in question.
No problem! We will ask you to return the part within 7 days of receipt whilst we will find the quickest solution to resolve any matters of this nature.
Usually our technical department is able to anticipate the price of the repair, which however will be confirmed once the fault detection analysis has been completed. If it is not possible to anticipate the price of the repair, it will be necessary to inspect the item received before sending a quotation to our customers. Delivery times for repairs vary from 5 to 25 days, depending on the type of item and fault. Shipping costs to our warehouse are charged to the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, if the customer does not intend to proceed with the repair, the return shipping cost of the unit will be charged + the cost of inspection and testing.
